Ellen is a Registered Provisional Psychologist, skilled at supporting individuals living with complex trauma, attachment deficits, difficulties with emotion regulation, and self-harming behaviours.

​

Ellen uses client-centered, attachment, and strength-based approaches, icncorporating Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Play therapy, Equine Assisted therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Indigenous Tools for Living, Mindfulness based approaches, and Ecopsychology into her work with clients.

Ellen works with children, teens, and adults.

  • Children 4 and older in office

  • Children 6 years and older for Equine Assisted Psychotherapy
