Groups + Workshops

Group therapy in Edmonton, Stony Plain, and Beaumont.

Why group therapy?

Shared Understanding and Validation: Group therapy provides a safe and supportive space where you can connect with others who have experienced similar challenges.

Peer Support and Empathy: Being part of a group allows you to offer and receive support from your peers. In group therapy, you can find comfort and empathy from others who truly understand the unique stressors and emotions you face.

Learning and Skill Building: Group therapy offers opportunities for individuals to learn and practice valuable coping skills and strategies. Through discussions, exercises, and role-playing, participants can develop effective tools to manage symptoms, improve self-care practices, and enhance their overall well-being.

Community and Growth: Group therapy fosters a sense of community. The group dynamic provides a supportive environment for exploring personal insights, building resilience, and fostering positive changes.
