If I had to describe myself in 3 words, it would be: compassionate, introverted and someone who is curiously exploring the stories behind the faces.
I moved to Canada 11 years ago, where I was met with utmost kindness from my school counsellor whom I will forever be indebted to. The mere idea of some stranger making space for me in a place 7 seas away from home makes me feel warm and fuzzy to this day. It also made me realize how important and effective someone who can hold space for others is.
As I embark on the journey of helping others and advocating for mental health improvements, I hope we cross paths and I am given the privilege to hold space for you someday.

My commitment is to bring my authentic self to each session, meeting clients with the courageous kindness required to truly accept and explore their own authentic experiences. Recognizing the diverse paths we all walk, my approach is deeply rooted in a trauma-informed perspective, with empathy woven into every step of our journey together
When I take off the counselling hat, you can find me playing guitar, reading or playing around with tarot cards. I am the girl who will tell you if mercury is in retrograde!
