What is Balance Without Barriers?

Balance Without Barriers is a community wellness program designed to provide accessible mental health care to all. Balance Psychological Services will be offering a limited number of free therapy sessions with our dedicated counselling intern in order to promote better mental health in our community!

Who can access these free therapy sessions?

These free counselling sessions are available for individuals aged 10+, teens, adults, couples, and families.

 

Counselling services are delivered by skilled intern therapists currently pursuing advanced degrees in counselling and related therapeutic fields. They receive comprehensive supervision both individually and in group settings, and work within our collaborative team environment.

 

This integrated approach ensures you receive well-rounded support drawing from multiple professional perspectives to facilitate your desired changes.
