Favourite Quote
"Don't miss out on something that can be great, just because it could also be difficult"
- Unknown.
To me, this quote captures the experience of therapy to a "T." Not only can the process be intimidating to start, with so many options and unknowns, but the work itself is done "in the weeds," and that can be difficult. However, the reward that comes from committing to and choosing yourself is unmatched in greatness and so worth the wild ride.
My passion for holistic wellbeing began many years ago, and it has been an honour to transform that passion into the meaningful work of supporting others. I believe that healing is a deeply personal and unique process—one that unfolds when the mind, body and soul are given the necessary safety, structure, presence, and compassion they need to heal at their own pace.
I approach therapy through an integrative lens, rooted in attachment theory and trauma-informed care. As your therapist, I aim to support you in becoming an active participant in your own healing, while providing a
space where reflection, honesty, and curiosity can emerge. Together, we will explore your nervous system wiring, the emotional patterns that may feel persistent or overwhelming, and examine the stories, beliefs and narratives that shape how you move through the world. My role is to walk alongside you, as we untangle what no longer serves you and create pathways toward greater clarity, resilience, and alignment.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting adults who feel stuck or disconnected, who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their internal world, who are healing from trauma, are
seeking spiritual or existential clarity, or who are longing to reconnect with their most authentic selves.
At our core, we are all humans doing our best to navigate a complex and often messy world. My hope is that our work together equips you with both understanding and practical tools to navigate the unknown with
greater confidence and self-compassion.
When I’m not immersed in the work I love, I enjoy time with friends and family, days spent fishing, being on or near the water, hiking in the mountains, or cozied up at home with my animals.
